When I was in my mid-twenties, the only children’s-related charities I knew about were Ronald McDonald House courtesy of TV ads, and Starlight – because I attended a charity ball (which was a bit of fun). Something I recently realised was that nearly every day, I was driving past “Variety, The Children’s Charity” – now, I remember a few things connected to “Variety” over the years which all seemed quite fun & positive, but now having kids, it has stuck with me a bit more… I’ve got a lot more interest here…
1. What do you know of Variety, The Children’s Charity? What would encourage you to consider helping Variety over other charities? How would you contribute? What about other Children’s Charities?
