With winter now over, Spring has sprung, which means we are edging closer to Summer… The season of swimwear… Many of us around this time start diets, in hope to get back our swimwear body just in time for Summer, with every Spring warmer day a reminder that time is ticking. There are so many different ways to lose weight, so many diets, so much information it can be a bit overwhelming.
There are so many trials to dieting; eating in restaurants can be a nightmare, then there are parties, work functions, sweet tempting treats, the list goes on. Losing weight never seems super easy.
