We all put money into superannuation for our future retirement benefit, but has anyone else noticed that most of those hard earned dollars are "gambled" on the stock market with apparent gay abandon by people who simply throw their hands in the air when the market goes into decline or freefall, as it currently is, and claim "all care and no responsibility" when something of the order of 10 - 15% is wiped off the market and, it follows, off your future retirement benefit. </SPAN></P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN:0cm 0cm 0pt;"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE:10pt;FONT-FAMILY:'Arial','sans-serif';mso-ansi-language:EN-US;">In my humble opinion (and somewhat tongue in cheek) we may as well take that money to our local casino and take our chances on the roulette wheel. I can hear the comments now - " the people playing with the stock market have years of experience and knowledge". So what - at least at the casino you have control of your own destiny and can decide when enough of a risk is enough - you have no control over what these" financial advisors" are doing with your money. </SPAN></P>

(I should add that what superannuation money I have was placed in a secure place before tghe latest stock market correction because it was logical to me that it was going to happen!)</SPAN></P>
