Survey glitches, problems, errors and the Profile study

Hi everyone,


Over the last few weeks we've been making some HUGE fundamental changes in the way we operate so we can continue to provide not only a "panel" to belong to, but a tight-know community of Research focussed people who collectively like giving their views.


Opinionspaid is Australia's first and only Research Community Panel which allows interaction amongst it's members to provide feedback, insight, co-creation and collaboration.


Whilst transitioning from this paradigm, we've faced some technical hurdles which we've recognized and are acting on fast. We're receiving your queries via e-mail and tuning in to your comments and I would like to say please bear with us and continue your feedback as work through these minor glitches.


The profile study for now has been taken down and will be re-evaluated. More details follow.

I cannot get either of these surveys to even open and I am clicking on the link on the OP web page - all I get is a blank page - nothing loads at all so I cant do either survey.

I am having heaps of trouble opening the survey called SHARE! I have even up-dated my Firefox but still no joy. Please help if you can

I too am having problems logging on. I have to copy and paste - which is a nuisance - but I can live it for the time being. How much longer will these problems last?

Viv.Kay: There are glitches at the moment with the surveys appearing on the side bar which we're looking in to.

is anyone else missing zoints points after logging in to do a survey and having over 2000 zoint points missing
Now it is just saying l have just 185 points

My zoint balance is all over the place, a different & wrong balance when I check it over a period.
My zoints are disappearing also.
Have contacted the site for missing zoints from surveys which they corrected/ added to my a/c in January . Since then the balance has reduced again for no reason.
This is very disappointing, while I realise there have been site problems, seems it is still ongoing.
Wish there was a running balance of zoints in members a/c page, which shows pending zoints...
even though i keep my own records at home, the current system is hard to compare.

yes having the same problem i would of though if they are that smart ,we would not have any problems doing there surveys .
but i too log on and are told i have allready done the survey but i have not as for points like what was said all over the place shame as i enjoy it too

Closes Feb 28, 2010 I have tried unsuccesfully to do this survey on several occasions but it just gives me a blank screen, please help it is frustrating not to be able to do a survey. Regards Jessie57

If you are having issues with your zoints please email panel@yrsource.com so they can investigate individual issue.
We are able to post out a statement if you would like a readable format for your zoints history.
As for the profile survey it has been closed down!

I completed the Profile in January. It took hours. I still haven't received my 2000 points. Am I now not getting them?

I completed the WATER survey and got no points credited along with others.
I sent a email to Contact over a week ago and havn't received a reply.
Opions paid should their act together.

How about testing surveys before you put them online for us to complete. I completed the whole "Profile" survey which took 4hrs plus and have been told I am not getting any points. I have nearly resigned several times before this but this site has the most interesting surveys so I keep hanging in there. Also I wish they were more honest about the time it takes to complete a survey. The latest SHARE survey took roughly 1/2 hr not 7-8 minutes. Please no more stuffups like the Profile survey.
Also can anyone tell me what the optimus survey was about as not sure if I did it?
