Zoints shop query

Hi,

Where have all the items in the Zoints shop gone? There used to be a great range of items in homewares, fragrances and gifts- now it's just sport and leisure stuff and vouchers.

i would like to know the same thing not all of us umbrellas and golf balls

shop is very ordinary now 

They have changed to vouchers now which I think is stupid, I was saving my zoints for something in homewares and now its all gone..vouchers are a boring thing to save for, there is nothing to look forward to there.

I dont like the new way it is heading with all these vouchers

 

 

Vouchers are good!  This way you can go to the shops and buy exactly what you want.  Also, if there is a problem with your item you can take it back to the shop where you got it and get an exchange or a refund!  Can't do that with something they send you!

just wondering...are any of you able to accesss the zoints shop thing because every time i press on it..it says.."page cannot be displayed"....

 

Oh yeah...my internet is still working properly..

This has just started happening to me - I get the old "you do not have sufficient rights to access this resource" thing, just like we all used to get months ago when the Zoints Shop was permanently down. Nothing has changed on my system and I was able to see the shop last week, using the same browser.

Due to lack of demand, we have down-scaled the reward store; the majority of the time, people order vouchers.

 

These changes have been generally well received as vouchers give the buyer more options when choosing what they want to buy; if you were saving for something in homewares, you could use a voucher to buy that particular product at a shop, however, now you can get exactly what you want.

I love getting the vouchers.....That way I can go to the shops and buy whatever I want, instead of trying to chose from a limited range of products....There was never anything of interest to me in the zoints shop.....I have only ever ordered vouchers...

 I get all excited when I go to the post office to pick it up.....My brain says...."SHOPPING SPREE!!!!"....
