Hi guys,
There have been a number of issues with the zoints shop and other area of the opinions paid website. In the next few days this website will be upgraded. Once it is upgraded the zoints shop will be much more stable and all you will need to do is click through to the voucher or charity of your choice.
Let us know what you think of the new site.

I'm having problems too - except mines telling me that I have no zoints when i should have a fair few. Is this right? Did we all get reset in the change over???

We have a few members with an account synchronisation issue from the upgrade to the website.
We are trying to have this fixed as soon as possible, hopefully by cob monday.

I'm missing my zoints too!!!! it tells me i have insufficient funds when i click on the zoints button but when i click on my account it shows me all my surveys done and all the zoints i have earned for doing them but it wont let me access the zoints shop what's going on??? and why arent my zoints showing up????
