Nope, but we've instigated a "swear-word" box and the minute it hits triple figures, we're supposedly buying one.................
Incentives for swearing?
No way - I hate TV but I hate SWEARING even more #*&?*.......hee,hee,hee
Yes I bougt a HD tv so that should do the job for a while at least!
Yes, we bought an HD ready set about a year ago after the old set packed it in.
We live in regional Vic. but close to Melbourne and even then we get pixilation, dropouts due to weak or bad signals, and audio fade.
I certainly hope that the TV Broadcasters can get it right eventually, or is this digital caper another con job by Government?

Reluctantly-----Yes
Of course. We have 2. We kept our old one too though, and put it in the 2nd lounge room with an HD Set Top Box. When I got the set top box, they said it was easy to install. Do you think I could get it going - No! My friends son had to do it for me. What would we do without our children? lol
Primlaw
You have hit the nail on the head , Primlaw.
Any problems with tuning or setup of TV's,Set top boxes or VCR'S, just call in the kids.
lol.
Yes, I originally bought a DVD recorder with SD tuner mainly for the digital TV. Six months ago I bought a HD TV and it is great!
Now I'm looking forward to updating my surround system to Blu Ray
yes I have bought a hd ready tv and two set top boxes for the remaining tv's in the house
I have not switched to digital TV.. I don't think purchasing extra equiptment is worth the amount that I watch a day.
To be honest, I don't even really enjoy watching TV.
I thought they were getting rid of the analog TV signal - So you won't have a choice soon. It's - don't watch tv, get a set top box or a digital tv.
I know it's sad.... unfortunately I'm still using the old TV with a VHS & dvd linked up. The worst part is going to mums & dads & they have an awesome Sony LCD with a HD recorder and it's brilliant. Money is an issue so we r trying 2 b patient so we can get exactly what we want which doesn't cost a lot 2 some but it is a little out of reach just a the moment.
One question though, I have 3 other old tv's scattered throughout the house.......do I have to buy a set top box for each tv or is there 1 that can plug in 2 multiple tv's? I would love 2 know please. :-)
Fadinghalo
Well, with my limited knowledge, I think you have to have a separate set top box for each television. You can get a normal set top box, or a HD set top box, or one with an IQ in them (the IQ ones are expensive though). Good Luck!
Brought a set top box
Just bought a digital TV 2 weeks ago it is so much better, well worth the money i spent got a good bargain,a bluray player by redemption
I still have the first black and white tv i got.
I dont want to change but hubby is itching to the way he likes his sports i wont have a choice.
