I'm new here and I was trying to fill out my profile. All goes well until I try to do the Food and Groceries & the Media and Technology sections, when I hit save I get the following message
Either the site is offline or an unhandled error occurred. We apologize and have logged the error. Please try your request again or if you know who your site administrator is let them know too.
I've had the same problem for a couple of months. The IT programer needs to pull his finger out if this site is actually meant to work

Have tried this several times during the past 2 weeks and got the same message.
Tried again tonight as they are apparently back at work today, and still no success.
Do they have a full quota for these two sections and dont want any more people for
these surveys?
I do not think you are the only person in that boat for I have contacted them on some details about profiles nothing back yet

Still trying to update Profile Details in the "Groceries and Cars" and "Media and Technology" sections,
however still no joy, I am still getting the same message as that received by "incontrol".
It said it would take 20 mins, how about 3 hours. In the intrim I hd an appointment with my Dr and went to that and sat... angrily for another 90 mins
If I were to post any further opinion to this subject it would be unchanged from that which
I posted on 01-21-2010.
Absolutely nothing has changed since that date.
Yes I know. This problem has been ongoing for 3 months. I contacted support who said it would be fixed soon, however that was a month ago and still no action.
Why can't I get a response to the problems I have raised in my previous posts?
Is it a case of "file it in the Too Hard Basket"?
Logged on to the site and found a Window requesting details to update my profile for "Media and Groceries", did so (for the umpteenth time), and lo and behold, it worked . WOOHOO !!
See there is a Profile Tab in the Taskbar now, so finally , this process seems to have been corrected.
Hopefully I might now be offered some more surveys .
