Q24a said you could choose all, some or none of the brands, but if you chose none then you weren't allowed to continue the survey.

Hi,

When a survey freezers go back into the survey and try again. The freeze can be caused by many things so giving it 5 minutes and comming back or comming back at another time is a great idea.

We save all your responses so you will not have to reanswer any questions.

I think Martin meant that when trying to select "none" he was forced to complete at least one selection.

This is common in a lot of surveys that force you to make a selection even when you clearly have no selection that you believe matches your decision. this tains the survey and in my opinion corrupts any data because to continue the survey you actually have to lie to get to the next screen.

The problem is not with freezing at all, and there a number of threads and posts on simmilar topics on this forum.
