Hi everyone,

I posted this under the thread about the fact that the survey has not yet been delivered, however as this is a separate issue I thought I'd better put it under it's own title.

I received the product last Friday, but no instructions on how I'm to test it. As far as I could see, in the envelope there was only the bubble-wrapped bottle and nothing else, and unfortunately I've disposed of the envelope so I can't check whether I didn't see a note or similar. As a result, I'm wondering what exactly Opionions Paid want me to do!

I thought about just using the product on Monday, when it was sunny, however I thought I'd be receiving specific instructions by email or something, so didn't do that.

Can anyone tell me what was on the piece of paper that you received? Did it tell you how and when to test the product? I have emailed Opinions Paid about this, but in the past it has taken weeks to get them to reply to emails (if they ever do), so I'm not holding my breath.

Cheers, all!

Hi,

If I recall correctly (I have thrown out the letter!!!) you are to apply the sunscreen as you would normally, for four days in a row.

 Cheers.

Thanks very much for that.

So it was an actual letter, rather than a little note that I might have not noticed?

What a pity I didn't get the letter, as it was sunny for four days after I received the package, but will now be rainy for several days. :(

Was there any indication of what to do if the weather didn't warrant using the sunscreen? I wouldn't usually use any on rainy days!

Thanks again.

I don't suppose there's any point bumping this, but here goes!

Is there anyone out there doing the SUNSHINE survey who can answer?

I need to know what the letter I should have received with the sunscreen said to do, and whether it had any instructions on what to do if it pours with rain and there's no point using it!

Thanks guys - I've emailed Opinions Paid twice today, but no luck so far.

Hi cycloneviv,

We expect to send out the SUNSHINE survey next monday the 18th June.

Until then, please apply the sunscreen like you would any other sunscreen. If you wear sunscreen on a cloudy or rainy day, then please apply the sample as you would on a couldy or rainy day. You need to sample the product at least once regardless of the weather.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Kind Regards,
Laura
