Hi

Myself and my husband and my 3 adult children are all members of Opinions paid. Because we all use the one computer to access our email and our accounts with you, whenever we get the same survey sent to more than one family member it won't let the other member do it.

For example my husband and my son  both got the Pinky survey,  my husband did it,  and then when my son went to do his it came up you have already compleated this survey.

The only thing I can put it down to is that it is being done from the same computer.

This is not fair. Am I right?

I have friends with 11 in the family, so if ONE survey was available to all household members they would get points for 11 people in one household....I think one lot of points per household is a good idea. Either that or get another computer or two!Tongue Tied

Bull*&%$ You should get paid as individuals not households, my 14 year old son asked me the other day when he can join the same survey sites as me so he can start making some pocket money, I was a bit worried about (the as above problem) I heard of this happening on other sites, I'm just hoping that being a teenager and in a different demographic we want end up with the same surveys.

Hi Mersie,

Actually, it does not matter if you and your family members each use the same computer. What matters is that each family member has their own Opinions Paid log in/profile, loaded with their specific details.

Unfortunately, only one profile can be used per email address. So, to overcome this problem, each family member needs to set up their own email address (if they dont already have one.) An email address can be set up easily and is often cost free. I can reccomend hotmail, yahoo, gmail etc.

Once each family member has their own email address, they may then register for Opinions Paid, log on to the website and enter their own personal details. This will ensure that:

1) Each family member will receive surveys that are specific to them and them only.

2) No family member will receive a message that "the survey has already been completed."

3) Each family member can earn zoints that will register under their own profile.

Hope this clears things up for you!

If you have any further questions, please let me know.

Kind Regards
Laura

Hi Laura

My family members all have their own email addresses and their own accounts and this has happened more than once. I am 61 and my grandson is 20, so we should have different profiles.

Hi Link,

I have checked your details. Yes you and each of your family members has their own log in. You & your family just need to make sure that each person logs in and out properly before another attempts a survey.

Hope this helps

Regards,
Laura
