Any reason why we need to give Fly Buys number etc. Not happy giving out that info without knowing whatt they use them for.

HI Robyn13

The market research data we collect is reported to manufacturers and retailers, at an aggregate level, to enhance the products and services they provide.  We never isolate any individual in this process, according to strict guidelines from the Australian Market Research Society.  Similarly, we never publish or pass any details to any 3rd party for any purpose, including marketing or sales companies.

In this survey we collect card data as another layer in our analysis.  It helps manufacturers and retailers improve their offer.  As an example, we may use it to understand which store you shop at, so the retailer can improve that store in the ways you suggest through the survey.  Please be reassured that we do not enter into any unethical behavior.  Just as with our standard research data, we will not isolate your details in any reporting, nor will we publish or pass on your details to any 3rd party.

I appreciate your concern regarding use and misuse of information, but please feel confident that we are aware and have measures in place to ensure your privacy and responsible use of the data we collect.

Many thanks for your interest in our questionnaire.

I still do ot see the necessity for asking for the card number. A straight yes or no as to whether you have a card should be enough according to your reply. I refuse to givemycard number to anybody and so indicated that I do not have a card.

I thought this survey was pretty terrible. Too long for just 100 zoints and quite repetitive.

Q102. And if they weren't available or good enough quality, would you have still bought Sausages on your last shopping trip?

If they aren't available, how can I buy them?

The questions are to repetitive as if they were trying to catch you out on an answere and became boring after a while.

got to admit it's nice to get an answer and to know someone official is reading. THAT's a nice change all by itself. Have to agree about being repetitive - if I'd stayed on 69% any longer I'd have fallen asleep.

Yes, mine froze at 69% too. Ended up restarting, which took me back to the beginning of that section. I can hardly say that buying a packet of instant soup is the highlight of my shopping week! Sausages sounds far more exciting. And I'll never give my card number out on a survey, no matter what the reason is for asking the question. If shove can to push I'd say which store I shop at if that was the purpose of the question.

I agree, I don't find these "one question fits every product' surveys easy to complete. And also "packet soup" is not the highlight of my shopping trip and don't find it indulgent to share with friends - I only use it for flavour when cooking.

I enjoyed it too, except for being questioned 3 times about what I'd purchased, all I bought was milk, lots of milk which i freeze and occasionally I buy bananas. The majority of my food is brought at Farmers Markets. I buy for the quality, freshness and i know where it comes from. I buy meat, veg, cheese, fruit etc. The supermarkets are only for cooking needs and i make my own icecream and yoghurt.

I am not quite your candidate and as a result i bombed out

I had no problem with mine, I did read some comments where some members said that there surveys had frozen or the survey had taken them over an hour to do. Well I'm pretty sure it would be your internet or your server that slowed the survey down, because I had no problem and I had the survey done in about 20-25 minutes. I thought It was a very good survey to do and get 100 Zoints plus entry into a $10,000 draw, hope I win!!!!! Cheers.Yes
